Located in Trip package sent as an email from Dispatch. Highly recommended to print.

Equal Time Point (ETP)
Equal Time to Destination or Alternate. Based off of several different scenarios. Do not enter into route as a waypoint.
Plotting Requirements
All ETP is required to be plotted in Oceanic Airspace. Must be established in WATRS.
Display Organized Track System in Jepp FD Pro

Select Display Organized Track Systems (OTS)
Entering an ETP into FD Pro X
Select Drop Points in Flight Drawer>Decision Point
Entering 10 Minute Past Check
At 10 minutes past a waypoint use Garmin to Locate Current Lat/Long thence:

Add a Waypoint with Date and both Crew Initials in blank space on FD Pro X Map Page. Take Screenshot that shows all plotted points. Declutter as necessary.

Route Programming
Use Master Flight Document to program FMS. Enter Forecast Winds for each oceanic waypoint. (DO not use average wind)
Pre-Departure Route Check
Pilot who entered route into FMS:
Circle each waypoint as it is checked
Place a Check mark next to the Magnetic course and distance.
Other Pilot:
Display route in a way that Lat/Long are presented.
Read Oceanic Portion of Route
Magnetic or True Course and Distance between oceanic waypoints. Values must be within 2 degrees and 2nm of planned values.
Total trip Distance is within 15nm of flight plan.
