Management
A
Stop feeds
Insert NG for decompression
Give IV antibiotics (Cefotaxime + Vancomycin)

A
Platelet levels

How can the progress of treatment be monitored?
A
Repeated AXR and girth measurements

When is a laparotomy needed?
A
