Platelets low INR - high Fibrinogen - low Partial thromboplastin time - high D-dimer - high

Treatment - first line, second line and third line
A
Treat cause
Give Vit K +/- platelet transfusion
Fresh plasma +/-cyroprecipitate +/- heparin +/- protein C
If it persists, exhange transfusion
