How do we get sympathetic innervation to head and neck viscera in the neck?
Up the cervical sympathetic chain and out internal carotid n., external carotid n., or vertebral ns. to the carotid periarterial plexus –> viscera.
How do we get sympathetic innervation to SM and glands?
Up the cervical sympathetic chain and out gray rami communicans and onto a somatic n.
