What is a Win/Lose Situation?
Contains an attitude that everything is a competition, there can only be one winner in everything. All that matters is being the best, and personal relationships (like friendships) don’t really matter. When someone else wins they feel jealous and may retaliate negatively (spreading rumors).
What is a Lose/Win situation?
A situation in which you give up never expressing your point of view or feelings about a situation. This can lead the “loser” feeling bad and this is unhealthy. You compromise to make others happy.
What is a lose/lose situation?
No one ends up winning, getting what they want or need. This involves an attitude that you I’m going to lose then you’re coming with me, if I go done then you go down too.
What is a win/win situation?
The belief that everyone can gain something beneficial from a situation. Your attitude reflects someone who cares for both yourself and the other person/party. Trying to keep a situation balanced so you take everyone’s needs into account.
