When suspending a UMOS the ranking officer in charge must inform member concerned of suspension from duty and reason. Direct member to surrender ALL dept property and all revolvers/pistols owned or possessed. Ranking officer makes C.L.E!!! IMMEDIATELY forward report to first dep (2x) and (many other ppl but no chief of IAB!?) Suspending boss DOES NOT prepare charges.

Submit report within 24 HOURS to first dep (1x) and (many other ppl but no chief of personnel or chief of IAB!?). Suspending boss also DOES prepare the charges.
