MODULE 3.05 Group Elements / OF THE TEAM Flashcards
What are the superiorities on the playing field?
Spatial
Temporal
Socio-Affective
Numbers are spatial superiorities.
In a certain playing space, there is a greater number of players.
Not only are there more players, but they are also capable of
using communication channels that are established in that particular space.
Individual superiorities
The individual superiorities appear after the numerical ones,
wherein any space on the playing field, one player outperforms
another because he/she is technically superior.
Affective superiorities
Next are the affective superiorities which we are able to overcome as a group
Like hyenas and animals that hunt in groups even if they are weaker.
They can’t be too strong, too tall or to fast but with a certain
socio-affective organization, they are more superior to the opponents.
