MODULE 3.02 Group elements / ORGANIZATION - ORDER Flashcards
What is Organization?
Organization is the interaction of different locations.
What is spatial organization?
It is knowing how to perceive the combinations that can
exist in the different locations during a soccer game.
A soccer player must always interpret his/her own situation,
along with that of his/her teammates and opponents, and
act accordingly.
Of the many stimuli, a player must attend to,
what two can be distinguished as the most important?
- His/her teammate’s actions
- Those of his/her opponents.
This is where the idea of strategy comes from.
What will the situation consist of
to determine spatial organization?
This situation will consist of
- Distance,
- Trajectory
- Direction
- Stimuli all at once.
A player has to understand the organization of an entire team.
In order to be able to interpret everything involving the opponent,
he/she will have to perceive the distances between the players themselves,
between the players and the boundaries of the playing field,
the opponents’ trajectories of movement and the directions
taken by each player. Only by doing it this way, by interpreting
all of the stimuli received simultaneously, and not separately,
will he/she be able to understand the spatial organization of the opposing team.
