What is the definition of the structures that make up the player
in the change of paradigm in training?
They are all strongly related structures in human beings and
allow us to act in multiple dimensions as well as complete the actions,
those physical, technical, and tactical actions with creative elements,
socio-affective elements which are the ones that really appear in training.
Is it better to use periodization in training sessions where the different structures of the player are prioritized?
Or from a systemic point of view, is it more appropriate to observe the player and try to prioritize the structure that we perceive in each moment?

What strategies can a coach use to convey the values and philosophy of the club in training?
The first values that the coach has to identify and transmit are the values of human beings.
If you want to be an athlete or a player in this institution you must among
the human values that you have to apply them in the dimensions that this institution desires.
And it would be desirable that you really all sports situations should
have the particular values that characterize the overall training of that athlete.
