Q

Tafaawut of daeef

A

The weakness of the hadith according to its intense weakness in within the narrator and his lightness (in weakness), there is a difference. Like the way there is a difference in sahih (some extremely sahih and some less in sahih).

From amongst the differences are completely weak, extremely weak, rejected and the worst of daeef’s qisms is fabricated.

A

It is permissible to narrate it (daeef hadith) in likes of giving advice and virtues and to warn and for stories of advice and whatever resembles that. And from amongst those who have been mentioned to narrate them with leniency, from amongst them is Sufyan at-Thawri (r.h) and Abdur-Rahman ibn Mahdi (r.h)and Ahmad ibn Hanbal (r.h)

And it is appropriate to be aware that when you narrate a daeef hadith without a sahih sanad, then dont say in within it Nabi (s.a.w) said this. You will say: It has been narrated from Nabi (s.a.w) in this manner or it has reached us from Nabi (s.a.w) in this manner or any other words that resemble in this manner, so that you do not impose the link of that hadith directly to Nabi (s.a.w) whilst you know its weakness.
