Contraindications
Glaucoma, shock, coma, alcohol intoxication, overdose, and
depressed vital signs.

Adverse Reactions
Headache, blurred vision, hypotension, and respiratory depression/arrest.

Drug Interactions
Should not be used in patients who have taken CNS depressants.

Adult Dose
1 – 2.5 mg slow IV over 2 – 3 minutes, with a maximum total dose of 0.1 mg/kg.
