PM Read-and-do ECAM or QRH
Stall recovery memory actions?
Announce “Stall, I have control”
Upset? (UPRT)
Consider Push?
Consider Roll?
Consider Thrust? (10s from idle to TOGA, do this without delay!)
FCOM: Lower the nose Level the wings Check speedbrakes retracted When out of stall, increase thrust as necessary and consider flaps 1 below 20000ft
Stall warning at lift off memory actions?
Announce “Stall, TOGA 15”
TOGA
Pitch to 15 degrees
Wings level
Unreliable speed memory actions?
Announce “Unreliable speed”
AP/FD/ATHR off
Below thrust red. alt.: TOGA and 15 degrees
Thrust red. alt. to FL100: CLB and 10 degrees
Above FL100: CLB and 5 degrees
Flaps 1,2,3 remain set
(Flaps FULL? Retract one stage)
Gear Up
GPS altitude
Level off above MSA to troubleshoot, use QRH for thrust settings
GPWS warning memory actions?
Announce “Pull up TOGA”
TOGA
Full back stick
Check speedbrakes retracted
Wings level or adjust
(Unless in day VMC: alter flightpath)
TCAS warning memory actions?
Announce “TCAS (blue), I have control”
AP off
FDs off
Pitch to green band
Or monitor AP TCAS
Windshear memory actions?
Announce “Windshear, TOGA”
TOGA and follow SRS
Engine failure in cruise memory actions?
Set thrust levers to MCT
Disconnect autothrust
Set an appropriate heading and pull
Determine engine out recovery altitude
Ready?
Set an appropriate speed and pull
Set altitude and pull for OPEN DES
Request OEB/ECAM/QRH
