How do you open/close a cargo door?
1) Push the door handle flap inward to release the door from the aircraft structure, then pull it away and upward to the unlocked position
2) Open the access door of the service panel to access the selector valve lever
3) Select selector valve to OPEN and maintain until the green indicator light (open and locked) comes on
4) Electrical pump shuts down when lever released
Repeat this in reverse to close it!

How do you open/close a cargo door if there is an electrical failure or the yellow electric pump has failed?
Two people are needed!
1) Push the door handle flap inward to release the door from the aircraft structure, then pull it away and upward to the unlocked position
2) Open the ground service panel in the belly fairing
3) Open the access door of the service panel to access the selector valve lever
4) Select selector valve to OPEN and maintain this position THROUGHOUT the operation of the hand pump
5) Operate the hand pump until the cargo door is fully open, the green light will illuminate
Repeat this in reverse to close it!
