Q

How did you prepare for the inspection for the doctors surgery?

A

I contacted the Practice Manager to introduce myself and ask to inspect the property for the DRR scheme. I again researched the property and locality, confirming with the practice manager about what health and safety steps should be taken such as face masks

How do you value a doctors surgery?

A

We use the comparable method for the DRR scheme and it is done from the analysis of rents which have had a rent on them, which has been analysed to a £/sqm for an IRI lease
