How long should a mask be applied for?

A

10 - 15 minutes (no longer, as it can be very drying)

32
Q

How often should masks be used?

A

Typically, masks should be used one to three times weekly, depending on the individual and the purpose of the mask; nourishing, hydrating masks can be applied a few times weekly, while exfoliating masks should be used judiciously, no more than twice weekly
