Make A Support Run
To move into a position where a player can support a teammate with the ball, either by offering a passing option or helping to create space.
Bend Your Run
To adjust the direction of your run, often to avoid an offside trap or to time your movement to receive a pass.
Get In Behind
To make a run past the defenders, moving into space behind them, typically to receive a through ball or long pass.
Make A Counter-Movement
To move in one direction and then quickly change direction, usually to deceive an opponent and create space or gain an advantage.
