Come Inside
To move from the wide areas toward the center of the pitch.
Move Wide
To position yourself closer to the touchline.
Drop Back
To move into a deeper position, usually to help in defense, support teammates, or receive the ball under less pressure.
Push Up
To move higher up the pitch, usually to press the opposition, support an attack, or keep a high defensive line.
Press (someone)
To put immediate pressure on the opponent with the ball to force a mistake, win back possession, or disrupt their play.
Attract (someone)
To draw an opponent toward you by holding the ball or making a movement. This can create space for a teammate to exploit.
Drive Forward
To move the ball quickly and directly toward the opponent’s goal with strong dribbling.
Find Space
To move into open areas of the pitch where they can receive the ball, avoid defenders, and create attacking opportunities.
