A

This is where lower quality wines placed in large tanks which have coils inside to heat the wine. It replicates the warming and cooling wine when it was used as ballast on sailing ship voyages which crossed and re-crossed the equator.

  • the wine takes pxidative and caramel characters.
  • maybe bottled after 12 months.

A

It’s the process where higher quality wines are put in casks and placed near the roofs of wine storage for aprox. 18months where the heat of the sun heats the wines in more gentle way.
