What are Lower He-Sea points?

A

The Lower He-Sea points are related to points along the three yang channels on the arm: Large intestine, San Jiao and Small intestine channel. The points along the three yang arm channels are too far away from the organ for it to be treated. Therefore, points along the leg are selected.

ST39 is the lower He-Sea point for the SI
BL39 is the lower He-Sea point for the SJ
