A

The Five Shu Transport points are points that exist on every channel. Where the channel starts at the fingers or toes until the elbow or knee.

The five points are: Jing well, Ying Spring, Shu stream, Jing rover and He sea.

What is a way to remember the order of the 5 Shu Transport points?

A

Imagine a mountain with mist. As it flows down it forms a well (Jing well), to a spring (Ying Spring), to a stream (Shu stream), to a River (Jing river) to the sea (He-Sea).

What is Jing-Well?

A

Jing well points are located at the tip of the gingers or tips of the toes. Usually where the channel starts and is the most narrow/superficial.

A
