What is SÌSHÉNCŌNG / Four Alert Spirit?
Location: At the vertex of the soap, the four points are located around DU20 and located 1 cun anterior, posterior and lateral to it.

Location: At the glabella, at the midpoint between the medial extremities of the eyebrows.

Location: When the ear is folded forwards, this point lies at the apex of the ear

Location: 0.5 to 1 cun lateral to the depression below the spinous process of C7
Calms dyspnoea and wheezing and stops cough
What is YĀOYǍN / Lumbar eyes?
Location: In the depression 3.5 cun lateral to the lower boarder of L4
Strengthens the Kidneys and benefits the Lumbar region
What is SHÍQĪZHUĪXÌA / Below the Seventeenth Vertebra?
Location: On the midline of the lower back, in the depression below the spinous process of L5
Tonifies the Kidneys and promotes urination

Location: 0.5 to 1 cun lateral to the depressions below the spinous processes of the twelve thoracic and five lumbar vertebrae

Location: On the dorsum of the foot, between the toes, 0.5 cun proximal to the margin of the web.
