Cannot start supply fan unless respective exhaust fan running

Normal Operation:

• Operator takes Exhaust fan to start
• Exhaust fan starts when exhaust damper 15% open
• Opens Supply fan damper
• Supply fan auto starts when supply damper 15% open

Note:
Maintains MAB at slightly negative pressure
