What are Ethics?
Ethics refers to what is right and wrong.
What is Privacy?
Privacy relates to the right of the individuals to keep personal information and matters concealed.
What is Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is typically when an employee reveals that the organisations they work for are engaging in questionable / unlawful practices.
What did Edward Snowden Whistleblow on?
Edward Snowden revealed in 2013 that the NSA has ordered him to create a program designed to record and log phone calls between users on a large scale - breaking America’s privacy laws.
What did Frances Haugan Whistleblow on?
Frances Haugan revealed in 2021 that Facebook was engaging in unethical practices and was proven to cause damage to teenagers mental health.
What did Daniel Ellsberg Whistleblow on?
Daniel Ellsberg leaked thousands of classified documents in 1971 that showed the extend of the American involvement in the Vietnam War. In addition, he uploaded the full documentation showing how seriously Military Chiefs took the threat of nuclear war in 2017.
What did Karl Hansen Whistleblow on?
Karl Hansen is a Tesla employee who filed a civil lawsuit against Elon Musk and other executives for breaching contracts, spying on employees, and hiding significant theft of raw materials.
What did Frank Serpico Whistleblow on?
Frank Serpico is famously known for whistleblowing on police corruption in the late 1960’s and 70’s. However, was later suspiciously shot in an arrest attempt.

Karen Silkwood whistleblew unsafe operational practices at a nuclear facility - claiming that employees were being exposed to toxic levels of radiation. She was later killed in a car accident under suspicious circumstances.
What is Discrimination?
Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, or their personal beliefs.
What are Codes Of Practice?
Codes of practice is a defined set of rules outlining how people working within certain professions are required to conduct themselves.
What is Bias?
Bias is the manipulation of data so that it is technically correct, but slanted or presented to look a specific way from an individuals point of view - rather than plain facts.
