What is SMS?
SMS - Short Messaging Service can send text messages between mobile devices up to 160 characters long without any attached files.
What is Email?
Email is a form of messaging. Electronic mail can be sent to other email ‘addresses’ across other devices allowing communication and data to be sent.
What is Messaging Software?
Messaging software is a method of communication which can be used by users to send messages across devices.
What is Social Networking?
Social networking is the use of social media to create or share posts to exchange information, ideas, interests, and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks.
What is VOIP?
VOIP - Voice Over Internet Protocol is a technology that allows users to make voice calls using a broadband internet connection instead of a regular phone line using cell towers.
What is a Personal Assistant?
Personal assistants are digital personal assistants integrated in devices of applications. They provide a verbal human to digital interaction with technology to gather information and complete tasks.
What is a Teleconference?
Teleconferencing is the live exchange of information among several participants but linked by a telecommunications system, rather than a video conferencing alternative.
What is a Video Conference?
Video conferencing allows two or more users to connect and communicate virtually using video conferencing software. Providing a video and audio source for yourself and others.
What is Cellular?
Cellular allows two or more participants to communicate verbally over the cellular network.
