to have different organisations (police, nhs, schools, safeguarding boards and social services) working together to respond to these allegations of abuse, for investigations and to prevent to abuse to vulnerable people.

to stop abuse happening in the first place, using the empowerment, confidence and the knowledge to report.

how do we stop these abuse cases?

having preventive strategies however if these fail then agency’s will need to ensure that there is producers in place to help deal with the abuse.

1. activities that work together within an inter-agency framework.
2. activity promoting empowerment and wellbeing of vulnerable adults though the service that they provide.
3. act in a way which supports the rights of an individual to lead on independent life base on self determinisation and personal choice.
4. recognising people who are unable to make their own decisions - lacking mental capability.
