why is it important to maintain confidentiality?
it is important to help keep personal information secure and to prevent any danger, harm and abuse occurring if someone over hears conversations or can access someone’s data.
what are the benefits of understanding diversity?
helps you to understand that we all should respect individuals differences and uniqueness, as how we act should change the way that we are seen in the working world.
