- Log onto the user’s system
- Take the driver’s seat (with permission)

Anything you would do from the actual computer (install, download, troubleshoot, etc)
What’s the main difference between Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance?
With Remote Desktop, the person using the remote PC you’re connecting to can’t see what you’re doing
(Remote Assistance, they see everything you’re doing)
Why is Remote Assistance useful in teaching?
Because you can teach the user how to use an app (for example) and then let them take over and watch
