• O/E (abdominal or bimanual examination)= an enlarged irregular uterus & non tender

• No treatment required if asymptomatic but follow up should be scheduled annually

surgical via hysterectomy
TCRF= transcervical resection

uterine artery embolization, GNRh agonist (leuprorelin IM) and manage symptoms with NSAIDs
