• O/E (abdominal or bimanual examination)= an enlarged irregular uterus & non tender
what is done if asymptomatic
• No treatment required if asymptomatic but follow up should be scheduled annually
what is the definitive treatment for symptomatic patients
surgical via hysterectomy
TCRF= transcervical resection
what comprises of the non-surgical management
uterine artery embolization, GNRh agonist (leuprorelin IM) and manage symptoms with NSAIDs
