Describe the minimum wage act
The lowest amount which a person can be paid for an hour of work

a voluntary piece of legislation that offers a higher rate of pay than the minimum wage law

two rates of pay are given- uk rate and a london rate

must be kept accurate and up to date
Should not be kept longer htan necessary
should be kept secure and safe from unauthorised access
