Hip Extension, Flex Knee Sciatic N.
Gastrocnemius
Flexes Knee in non-weight bearing; Plantar flexes ankle Tibial N.
Sartorius
(Tailor’s Muscle) Initiates Hip Flexion, laterally rotates, abducts, and also flexes the knee Femoral N.
