Doodling
Doodling can help you pay attention because the doodling is keeping your mind active.
Taking notes
Taking notes by hand is better than by computer, because the computer provides a distraction, computer allows you to write to much, act of taking notes helps memory (forces you to understand) (use flash cards to use memorize later)
Memorization
Write questions about what you’re learning about.
Forgetting curves
With repeated reminders for memorization it will increase your chances of remembering.
How much to Study
Study in the same place, for about 20 hours a week with a group. ( allows you to help people learn)
Learning styles
You can use all but it depends on what you’re trying to learn.
Multitasking
When Multitasking the tasks you are doing are being performed less effectively, because of your constant switching of memories.
Project Lists
Create Lists on things to do depending where you are.
Time Management
Write down time intervals, with these intervals place tasks to them. Making sure you’re changing tasks. This also helps with refreshing your mind on different things.
Health tips
Sleep is important for memory retention and going for walks as well.
Writing
Writing is one of the most important tools you can learn.
Learning Disabilities
having a learning disability means that you have a specific cognitive weakness meaning you have difficulty with certain learning.
