16
Q

What is the SA node?

A

In right atrium, pacemaker, 70 beats/min

17
Q

What is the AV node?

A

In a AV groove, send message to ventricle, can set pace on its own if there is a problem with SA node

18
Q

What is a heart block?

A

Blockage in coronary vessels suppling AV node so heart beats out of sync - need pacemaker because AV node is vital for ventricular contraction
