- you do not have control over some reactions that are automatic (millisecond psychology)
- in minute psychology you have more time to think about it.

- the monkey who gets the worse (cucumber) will get angry and throw away the cucumber.
- This shows they have a sense of fairness

- Individualism-collectivism: Focussed on self-success or group success.
- Power distance: how much it is accepted that there are power differences, low in NL.
- Masuclinity-feminity: Masculinity is about competition and femininity about taking care of people.
- Uncertainty reduction: the tolerance for uncertainty.

- the pitch of voice and the language used.

what is the parental investment theory?
A
- Initially Women need to invest more in taking care of the offspring.
- This is why they are more selective of their partner, who needs to be able to help them and to be trustworthy.

- Kin-selection: within a family it could be positive if there is also a homosexual to support the others.
- Genetic carrier: traits connected to homosexuality might also be helpful for survival.
