- Lymph nodes and vessels
- Sympathetic and parasymathetic plexuses

- Urinary Bladder
- Uterus (in female)

Lateral wall of pelvis, with 3 structures in between:
* left External Iliac vessles

Sigmoid Artery (originally lower left colic A), which anastomose with Superior Rectal A
Venous Drainage of Sigmoid Colon
Sigmoid Veins which Drain into Inferior mesenteric V (portal Circulartion)
