7 Ladder Rules

A
  1. Always look up and ahead to clear overhead obstructions.
  2. Do not move or remove a ladder that is already in place. If it is necessary to
    relocate the ladder, it must be properly communicated.
  3. Ensure the dogs are locked.
  4. Foot or secure the ladder whenever possible.
  5. Wear appropriate PPE.
  6. When not locked in, always keep one hand on the ladder.
  7. Throw one ladder; Throw two ladders.
