Sensory innervation: skin of lateral forearm
Median nerve

Innervates flexors of the wrist
Sensory innervation: skin of lateral half of palm, thumb, first 2 fingers
Ulnar nerve

Innervates medial flexors of wrist
Sensory innervation: skin of medial half of palm and 4th and 5th digits
Axillary nerve

Innervates deltoid and shoulder joint
Sensory innervation: skin of arm inferior to axilla

Innervates muscles of posterior arm - triceps brachii and wrist extensors
Sensory innervation: skin of posterior upper limb

Innervates thigh flexors and quads
Sensory innervation: anteromedial skin of thigh and leg

Innervates adductors
Sensory innervation: small patch of medial thigh
Sciatic nerve
Sacral plexus

Innervates hamstrings
(Also has tibial and fibular branches)

Sensory innervation: skin of posterior calf
*branch closer to big toe
Fibular

Dorsiflexors (top of foot)
Skin of anterior shin
