A
- Documents: such as communications between departments or locations- showing clarity accuracy and an integrated approach.
- A clear sign that managers are committed to the process: evidence policy statements, clear objectives.
- Evidence of appropriate training and evaluation.
- Evidence of required monitoring, inspection and test activities for product/service acceptability.
- Evidence that staff and customer satisfaction is measured.
- Evidence of corrective/preventative action being taken.
