- Bronchodilation
- Blocks Vagal reflexes which mediate bronchoconstriction
Onset: 3-5mins Duration: 2-4hrs

Severe respiratory distress due to asthma or COPD

A
Rare with single use, occasionally, urine retention

Care needed with use in patients with glaucoma

8x actuations - repeat once after 20mins - 1 actuation to 4 breaths

Note: shake prior to every actuation
