How are hookworms transmitted
They enter bloodstream when you walk barefoot. They go up to the lungs, mature and get coughed up and swallowed so they go to the intestine

eggs on stool.
Lab abn commonly found in hookworm infection is
Iron def anemia, eosinophilia
DOC for hookworm and pinworm
Pyrantel pamoate.
Most important complication of Ascaris infection is
Intestinal obstruction (ileocecal valve)
