Upgrading IOS
make sure there is enough space in flash
using a usb- transfer the new file into flash
Challenging Situation
I had to uninstall an old codec and reinstall a new one. I had never done it before I had to google how to connect the audio pins
Working Under Pressure
I had to troubleshoot a VOIP phone in front of a classroom full of people and im not very familiar with voip phones
Team Work collaboration
a unit took over our sipr network. There were bumps in the road but we managed to come together and it ended up being a smooth transition.
Strength/Weakness
strength- adaptablity
weakness- i tend to take on too much thinking that if its going to be done correctly i should do it myself
Mistake
my first networking job I was at a clients site and I was in the data closet. I bumped the fiber which was the trunk port and the whole floor lost connectivity.
