Ive been a contractor for the government for the past 5 years and in my last role my contract ended. I decided I wanted to do something different. I have a friend who does retail merchandising and she says she loves it. Im looking for something less stressful than my last position. I think this would be a great fit

We had a network outage- a person in the building was very upset. I acknowledged her concerns and promised her that as soon as the problem was resolved I would let her know. I would keep her updated. The issue was resolved and she was fine

There was an issue that I had with a team member and it wasnt getting resolved. I suggested that we sit down and talk about it. I would be willing to compromise and come to an agreement.
