3- thaizolidinediones - contraindicated in CVD & HF
4- sulfonylureas - inc insulin availability (no NSAIDS)
5- biguanides - inc insulin sensation (lactic acidosis, IV contrast, Kidney & liver impairment)
6- SGL-2 - UTI
7- DDP-4 - pancreatitis
8- GLP-1- daily injection & gastroparesis
9-GLP-1/ GlP combo - daily injection, gastroparesis & renal injury
