A

Slow jog or continuous movement known as a pulse raiser.
Gets heart and lungs working and increases blood flow to the muscles.
Increases the body temp.

A

Stops blood from pooling in the veins which would cause light headedness.
Removes lactic acid reducing muscle stiffness.

A

Takes place before an activity and identifies any potential hazards. All aspects of the environment needs to be considered to ensure all safety of participants.

A

Participants and those in charge make sure the activity takes place in a safe way once the risk assessment has been completed.
Includes keeping to the rules, checking equipment and having qualified officials and first aid kits.
