A
  1. Contact CSM or CSS
  2. Proceed to the FD
  3. Type the emergency access code and then press enter/#
  4. Wait for FC to respond to the emergency access code - if they don’t respond, the FD door will open after 30 secs

What to do if one pilot has incapacitated the other pilot?

A
  1. Pull pilot away from the control panel
  2. Lock inertia reel by moving the locking lever downwards on the inboard side of the seat
  3. Guide seat backwards, using seat locking mechanism on the inboard side of the pilot’s seat or to electronically lock the seat, locate and an press switch on the inboard side of the seat
