What is subfertility?
A
Failure of conception in a couple having regular unprotected coitus for one year

What is primary infertility?
A
When someone who has never conceived a child before has difficulty conceiving

A
When someone has had one or more pregnancy in the past, but is having difficulty conceiving again

A
Group 1 = hypothalamic-pituitary failure
- hypothalamic amenorrhea
- hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism
Group 2 = hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian failure
- polycystic ovary syndrome
- hyperprolactinaemic amenorrhea
Group 3 = ovarian failure
- congenital
- premature ovarian failure
