> 140 systolic
or >90 diastolic

pre-eclampsia complications
A
eclampsia pulmonary oedema stroke coagulopathy end organ damage placental abruption fetal, IGUR, stillbirth

indications for early delivery
A
- inability to control BP despite using 3 medications
- progressive deterioration in LFT, U&E, haemolysis, platelet count
- neurological features: headache, eclampsia
- placental abruption
- doppler abnormalities, CTG

progressive derioriaration in lab blood tests
failure of fetal growth/abnormal doppler
