vaginal dryness, burning, irritation dyspareunia post coital bleeding vaginal bleeding dysuria recurring vaginal infections, UTI

signs on examination
A
tissue fragility pallor erythema fissuring petechiae bleeding

vaginal or topical moisturisers/lubricants
