What measures would you put in place if you are the only person on a site to protect your own safety?
- Correct PPE.

Yes, I have a CSCS card which helped me understand the training required for working on construction sites
How was your feedback from the audit formalised?
It was reported our internal ‘SHEQ’ system which is allocated to the project and is available for the site team to action.
What follow up on the audit did you undertake?
The next time I was at site, I checked to see if the areas I reported were untidy had been tidied, and they had.
Can you explain how your supplier H&S assessment works?
Our procurement teams assess their H&S based on:
* Example RAMS.
* Qualifications for their staff (managers/ supervisors).
* Accidents and incidents, and their reporting of the same.
* Example safety inspection.
What is an F10 and who is obligated to submit one?
The F10 is simply a notification to the HSE of relevant construction projects that are being undertaken.
