What are the key points under CDM?
Improves H&S on site, through desing, planning and management

Construction, Design & Management Regulations which apply to all buildings and construction works, with the aim of improving H&S

Appoint competent duty holders
Allow sufficient time and resources are allocated
Ensure principal designer and contractor carry out their duties

Yes, we consider the following when receiving tender submissions:
- Any notifiable RIDDOR’s in past projects
- Internal database that scores Subcontractors on H&S
Do you undertake specific H&S audits/reviews on your project?
I have accompanied the H&S Managers when they have completed audits/reviews, to understand the process and what they deem right
