A team environment allows individuals to bring their diverse perspectives to problem solving, which in turn increases their success at arriving at solutions more efficiently and effectively.

A strategic alliance is an arrangement between two companies to undertake a mutually beneficial project while each retains its independenceand do not form a legal entity
How would you go about managing and underperforming team member?
Recognise the problem
Speak to the member and try to understand the cause of the problem
Offer support on the problem
Develop an action plan together
Ensure regular check-ins and follow-ups
Recognise progress.

- Held meetings with numerous team disciplines
- This was to understand each members view and agree the best methodology for procuring the works
- We then held collaborative planning sessions with the subcontractors to ensure they were on board with our methodology

An assumption that someone has about another individual/group based on their gender/race/disability etc
Challenges of Covid on Diversity, Inclusion and Teamworking?
Distance working brought challenges to teamworking, therefore regular video calls ensured all members stayed in contact and worked efficiently and effectively
